This is not a normal writing ink. It contains ingredients that can seriously harm a person if ingested or inhaled.
Product Description:
Now you can turn almost any surface into a conductive area simply by coating it using our low resistance copper-based conductive ink.
You can also use the conductive ink to repair your small electronics caused by broken copper tracks on the PCB, simply by rebuilding the tracks using our copper-based conductive ink,
It dries as a flexible surface and can play safely up to a decent degree on a flexible substrate.
When dried, it can be soldered on with any soldering wire or paste that contains lead or silver, at temperatures between 280°C and 330°C (520°F - 630°F). Do not use soldering flux.
Warnings:
Harmful ingredients. Do not touch even after dried and cured. Do not get on skin. Do not inhale fumes. Do not dispose in bath sink. Harmful to the environment and aquatic world with long lasting effects.
Please use gloves, safety goggles or full face mask, and work in a well-ventilated area or under a soldering station hood.
Product Specifications:
Conductivity: High (~ 0.05 Ohms per centimeter @ 10 mil layer thickness)
Main ingredients: Copper powder (minimum 45%), conductive solvents (Acrylic based)
Volume: 4 ml
Application method: Use fine tip brush, medium gauge applicator tips (18-22 gauge) or apply using agitator sprayer.
Drying time: From 2 to 5 minutes depending on the coating thickness, penetration speed and absorbency of the application substrate.
Cure time: No curing needed.
